Yesterday afternoon was my cousin Mark and his girlfriend Jen's baby shower! It was supposed to be a surprise but I think she knew about it ;) Jen is due in January and the little girl will be named Gracie Lynn. It was a good time with lots of laughs. It's not often that all of the women in my family (and the few men, although the ladies have such superiority..) get to spend quality time together. The dress I wore was from Forever 21 on sale for $12, with a navy blazer I purchased for $0.50, a thrifted belt, and old mahogany wedges.

Immortals 3D.
You must go see this now! I was very apprehensive at first when it was decided that this was the movie that Nick and I would be going to see last night because it seemed like such a manly, action-packed movie (which it most definitely was). But I was absolutely intrigued after just the first 5 minutes! It was visually amazing and an extremely good movie.

W's Golden Girls.
If you like the Olsen twin's, you need to be sure to check out W Magazine's December 2011 issue. The Fanning sisters are being considered the new Mary Kate and Ashley, two young sisters who grow up to be beautiful women. Not only do I looove the Olsen's, I really like both of the Fanning girls. They have remarkable fashion sense and this shoot is gorgeous.

I'm back from a lovely weekend away with Nick. Sorry to say I did not bring my camera. Nick brought his cameras but only took a few pictures of some abandoned buildings with his film camera. But here are a few photos of our weekend in a nutshell via Instagram :) Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday weekend.
Stopped at a flea market and found some movies! We also went to Savers and Barnes and Nobles and got a couple books and I got a jacket and top that I'll share with you later.
Our first night we went to Hibachi with the family. We got to have our chef cook our Japanese dishes right in front of us! Sooo goood :) Chicken, rice, shrimp, and vegetables.
My handsome man. <3
Overpacked, always.
